Giving Back
I don't spread support thin across a dozen logos on a page. I back a small number of organizations I have a real connection to — where I know the people doing the work and can see exactly where the help lands.
Everything I've built, I've built with family. My wife Kim runs the business alongside me. Our kids grow up around it. That's not a branding line — it's just how the work actually happens.
So when I think about giving, I don't start with a cause category or a tax strategy. I start with the people I know who are doing something worth backing.

This one is personal. Fighting Pretty was founded by my first cousin, Kara Frazier, and I've had a front-row seat as it grew from one idea into a national organization.
Fighting Pretty helps women battling all types of cancer, at any stage of treatment, feel strong and beautiful. It started with a small gesture: while Kara was in treatment, a friend gave her a pair of mini pink boxing gloves as a reminder of her own strength. Those gloves became the symbol for everything the organization does.
Today it runs several programs. Pretty Packages are hand-assembled care packages sent to women in treatment anywhere in the world. The Strength & Beauty Program partners with hospitals, cancer clinics, and support groups to put kits — mini boxing gloves, paraben-free lip products, and resources — directly into patients' hands. And free Feel Good events exist for no other reason than to celebrate and pamper women in the middle of the hardest year of their lives.
I back it because the line between a donation and a person it helps is unusually short. There's no long chain here. A contribution becomes a box, and that box lands on the doorstep of a woman who needs to be reminded that she is still herself.
