Every plan meets the market eventually. The only question is whether it meets a tougher audience first.

What You Get

The shape of the work

i.

Stress-testing the plan

Underwriting, phasing, capital stack, and timeline — challenged line by line, before your assumptions cost you real money. The questions a lender or investor will ask, asked first by someone on your side.

ii.

Standing calls

Recurring working sessions — typically twice a week — plus direct access between calls. Decisions get made against real deadlines, not saved up for a monthly check-in.

iii.

Capital readiness

Getting your numbers, story, and structure investor-grade before you sit across from money. What sophisticated capital actually wants to see — and what makes them walk.

iv.

Operations blueprint

Launch strategy, pricing, guest experience, vendors, and systems — drawn from a live portfolio I run every day, not a framework from someone else's book.

v.

Market reality checks

What's actually working right now across my own listings and markets — demand, pricing, product, and where the next windows of opportunity are opening.

vi.

Network access

Introductions to the lenders, vendors, and operators I actually use — relationships that took twenty years to build, opened where they're a fit.

Is this for you?

Yes, if

  • You're developing an STR, event, or boutique hospitality project and want your plan pressure-tested by an operator before you commit more capital
  • You own an underperforming property and are weighing a repositioning
  • You're preparing to raise capital and need your numbers and story investor-grade first
  • You want someone who will tell you where the plan breaks — not cheer you on while it does

× No, if

  • You want someone to run the property for you — that's Blue Pineapple
  • You're looking for coaching alongside a peer group — that's Short Term Dojo
  • You've already decided and just want validation
  • You're not yet at the point of committing real capital or real work to the project

Where I Stay in My Lane

Advisor. Not your professional team.

I'm the operator across the table who makes your plan sharper. I'm not your architect, general contractor, attorney, accountant, or securities advisor — and I don't raise capital on your behalf. Your professional team makes it official; I make sure what they're formalizing is worth building.

How It Works

Quarterly. By design.

Engagements run on a quarterly retainer, quarter to quarter — no annual contract, no lock-in. You renew because the work is paying for itself; if it isn't, I'll say so before you do. I take on one or two advisory clients at a time. The access is the product, and I protect it.

Start the Conversation

Terms discussed privately. The first step is a conversation about your project — no fee, no pitch, no obligation.

Bring me the plan you're betting on.

If it survives the stress-test, you'll move with a conviction most builders never get to feel. If it doesn't, you'll be glad you found out now — while it's still cheap to fix.
